My Mentor

Hon’ble Mr. N. SIVASAILAM, IAS [Retd]

Mr. N. SIVASAILAM

holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, the University of Delhi, an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a Master’s in Social Policy in Developing Countries from the London School of Economics, and a PG. Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from NLSIU, Bangalore. He joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1985 (Karnataka) and superannuated in April 2020.

SIVASAILAM last served as Administrative Member, Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal from 17th June 2020 till July 2024.

Prior to that, he was Special Secretary (Logistics), Department of Commerce in the Government of India. He was responsible for drafting the National Logistics Policy (NLP), a significant step in fulfilling the ‘Pran’ (Vow) of India being a developed country.

Fondly called Vikram, he is a dynamic Indian business leader and a visionary entrepreneur. He has a distinguished academic background and a stellar career record. A Post Graduate in International and Strategic Management from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, USA, Vikram hails from a reputed business family of Bangalore.

Vikram is the Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of Anuradha Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (AHPL), a rapidly growing company in Consultancy, Infrastructure, Healthcare & Hospitality. He is a very successful entrepreneur with more than two decades of extensive experience, Technological competence and Industry expertise in the Logistics & Infrastructure Sector.
