Fondly called Vikram, he is a dynamic Indian business leader and a visionary entrepreneur.  He has a distinguished academic background and a stellar career record.  A Post Graduate in International and Strategic Management from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, USA, Vikram hails from a reputed business family of Bangalore.

Vikram is the Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of Anuradha Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (AHPL), a rapidly growing company in Consultancy, Infrastructure, Healthcare & Hospitality. He is a very successful entrepreneur with more than two decades of extensive experience, Technological competence and Industry expertise in the Logistics & Infrastructure Sector.

His earlier company, Vikram Logistic Private Limited, was started in 1971, for Steel handling, stocking, long-distance, and last-mile delivery for the Tata Group. They entered Railway Logistics in 1981 and became the largest contractor for Container Corporation of India (CCI) in 1988. Vikram Logistics was the exclusive turn-key contractor for handling warehousing, Labor, and Transportation (for both long-distance and short-haul, including domestic and bonded cargo) at Bangalore, Tondiarpet, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tuticorin, and Kochi. In 2005, Vikram Logistics raised its private equity and grew to create its own FTWZ at Chennai, Bangalore, Nagpur, and Delhi. It has run its own Ships, Trucks, Trains Long Distance transportation, Currency Transportation for RBI, Air Cargo, Bonded transportation, Project Cargo Transportation, including sensitive assignments for ISRO, Nuclear goods, and heavy water transportation. In 2011, he formally exited the company and founded / investment Company called Anuradha Holdings Private Limited. He has widely travelled and worked all over the world, is highly regarded as a thought leader in the Industry and is well-known for his innovative thinking and practical approach. He is regularly invited to share his views and opinions in industry forums, media, and educational institutions.

Vikram has served as the Director of Infrastructure India Plc. (IIP), an Infrastructure Fund set up by the Guggenheim Group and listed on the AIM section of the London Stock Exchange, dedicated to investing in the Infrastructure, Energy, and Logistics sector in India.

Vikram has been appointed as the Honorary Consul for Peru at Bangalore.  He is thus the driving force behind various initiatives taken to strengthen the Commercial, Tourism, and Cultural relationships between Peru and India. Peru is one of the top five nations having rich resources of metals, minerals, mining potential, besides being a leading tourism destination, and is quickly becoming an important Indian partner in the South American region.

Vikram is also the Founder Director for Honorary Consular Corps Diplomatique (HCCD) – Karnataka Chapter and is a key member of its various organizational activities.  He has been awarded a Gold Medal from HCCD for 2013-14 in recognition of his exemplary contribution and services.

Outside of work, Vikram is actively involved in various social and charitable activities.  Currently, he is a Trustee in the EPI TRUST, a not-for-profit organization working for the welfare of epilepsy patients worldwide.  Under its aegis, many initiatives have been taken up to provide relief and care of international standards to those affected by epilepsy at affordable costs.

Owing to his constant support for the brave policemen of the city, he has also been honored as a Special Police Officer of the Bangalore City Police. This allows him to lead the interaction between the general public and the Government authorities in taking critical measures to enhance the role of the police in the civil society.

Mr. Viswanath is a keen patron of the Fine Arts and Cultural activities and supports several forums for encouraging the same. He is an Advisory Board Member of Bangalore International Arts Festival, a much-awaited annual event in Bangalore City which brings together the best talents in the field of Arts and Culture worldwide.

He is also a health and fitness enthusiast.  Passionate about martial arts, he is a Black Belt from the Japan Shotokan Karate Do Federation and has been honored with a Certificate of Appreciation for his many years of dedication and diligence to the Federation.

In his free time, Vikram enjoys travelling, reading, tracking and spending time with his wife, sons, and daughter.
